I enjoyed first couple of chapters from “The Lady Tasting Tea”. I think historical perspectives on sciences help a lot in understanding concepts and creating mental models to better understand their applications. And I do know that tastes change based on the order of mixing tea and milk (or, in my case, coffee and milk). [...]
